Privacy Policy
What happens to the information you send us, in plain language.
The short version
This website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from social networks. Our typefaces are served from our own site rather than a font service, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to anyone else.
The inquiry form
The inquiry form on our Contact page is not a normal web form. Nothing you type into it is sent to this website or stored here. When you press Send inquiry, your own email program opens with a message already written out, addressed to us. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that email.
You can always skip the form and email us directly at kinderkollegecentre@gmail.com instead.
What we receive when you contact us
When you email us, we receive whatever you put in your message. That usually includes your name, your email address, sometimes a phone number, and details about your child such as their age and when you hope to start.
We use that information for one purpose: to answer you and, if you go ahead, to begin the registration conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Information about your child
Please send only what you are comfortable sharing at this stage. An age and a little about your child is plenty for a first inquiry. There is no need to send health records, identity documents or anything sensitive in order to ask about a place. If we need more detail later, we will tell you what we need and why.
Where your message is held
Our email address is a Gmail account, so messages you send us are stored and processed by Google as our email provider. Our website is served by a hosting provider that, like all web hosts, may keep short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses and browser types for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful. If you decide not to join us, or we cannot offer a place, you are welcome to ask us to delete your message and we will.
Links to other sites
We link out to our Facebook page, our Instagram account and our Google page. Those are run by other companies under their own privacy policies and their own cookies. Following one of our links takes you onto their service, and what happens there is between you and them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you and your inquiry
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your inquiry and our correspondence
Email kinderkollegecentre@gmail.com and we will deal with it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
